What to Expect
Each encounter is completely private, giving your family the space to ask questions, interact with the animals, and capture tons of unforgettable photos — all while guided by our friendly and knowledgeable animal handlers. You’ll also have the chance to feed and pet many of the animals — creating magical memories you’ll treasure forever.
How long do the encounters last?
Each animal encounter is packed with fun and lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on your package!
Silver & Gold Packages: About 60 minutes of unforgettable animal time.
Diamond Package: Around 90 minutes of furry fun.
Platinum Package: A full 2 hours with our amazing animals — perfect for true animal lovers!
How much time do we get with each animal?
Expect around 20 minutes with our main animals like the capybaras, alpacas, Patagonian cavies, African porcupines, or wallabies.
Our smaller critters — like bunnies, reptiles, skunks, and more — will each spend about 5–10 minutes with you.
That may not sound like much, but trust us — it’s the perfect amount of time for cuddles, smiles, and photos you’ll treasure!
How many people can we bring with us?
Our encounter packages are designed for groups of up to 10 people — making them perfect for families, friends, or small parties.
And here’s a bonus: the more people you bring, the better the deal!
Is there an age restriction?
Yes, participants must be at least 5 years old for the safety and comfort of all guests and animals.
Do you offer a season pass?
We don’t offer a season pass, but we do have a Petting Zoo Punch Card!
Visit us for 5 Petting Zoo Sundays and get your 6th visit FREE — OR enjoy a half price Capybara or African Porcupine add-on instead!
Each guest will need their own punch card to participate.
